Carter is a sweet 3-year-old sweet chihuahua that we met at Manatee County Animal Services. From there we learned that had a fractured pelvis, but surgery had already been done and he was on the mend. So, he came to the rescue to recover and now Carter has been medically cleared. Boy, was he happy to hear that!!! Carter has a sweet temperament; he is also a quiet guy who loves cuddles and tummy rubs, he is an independent pup who prefers people over playing with other dogs. This fun-loving little guy just loves to explore, but will run if given the chance so a secure yard is required. Carter will always have a limp from his injuries, but he is a cutie, limp and all!!!
